This healing-centered, trauma-informed workshop offers pastors, chaplains, and faith leaders a sacred pause to confront the silent weight of imposter syndrome and shame with honesty and grace. Together, we'll explore the hidden burdens of shame and the harmful theology of "never enough" that fuels overworking, people-pleasing, and spiritual burnout as we reclaim our worthiness and divine belovedness.

Clergy Boundary Training
"Clergy Boundaries: Power, Vulnerability, and Emotional Well-being" is an interactive and reflective workshop designed for both ordained and non-ordained ministers who serve in diverse contexts - including traditional church settings, nonprofit organizations, and digital ministries. Participants will explore the dynamics of power and vulnerability inherent in ministerial roles, learn essential boundary-setting strategies, and develop practices that safeguard emotional health and foster authentic leadership. A focused segment will specifically address the unique challenges and opportunities experienced by Black women navigating boundaries in both ministry and the marketplace, providing tailored insights and culturally relevant resources to enhance their emotional wellness and effectiveness. A Certificate of Completion will be provided.
Grief and Loss
This workshop supports clergy navigating personal or communal grief. Through a trauma-informed lens. Participants will explore spiritual practices and pastoral responses that honor loss and hold space for healing.
