Is there a deadline for registration?

cancellation & refunds
Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?
We understand that plans can change. You may request a full refund for your registration until March 31, 2026. After this date, we will no longer be able to process refund requests as event costs will have been finalized.
How do I request a refund?
Please submit your request in writing via email to sankofacpeconference@gmail.com. Be sure to include your full name and registration confirmation number.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
If you are unable to attend after the refund deadline, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. Please contact our team at the email address above to update the attendee information.
event cancellation or changes
What if the dates or location change?
Should we be forced to postpone or change the venue for reasons beyond our control (such as public health mandates or extreme weather), your registration will automatically transfer to the new dates/location. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you will have a specific window to request a full refund.
What happens if the conference is canceled by the organizers?
In the unlikely event that the 2026 Sankofa CPE Clergy and Chaplains' Mental Wellness Conference is canceled by the organizers, all registrants will receive a 100% refund of their registration fees. We are committed to ensuring your investment is protected.
Are my travel and hotel costs covered?
While we will refund your conference registration fee, Sankofa CPE is not responsible for any non-refundable travel costs, such as flights or hotel bookings. We strongly recommend booking "refundable" travel rates or purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
